Issy Livian is a licensed real estate expert with over 20 years of experience helping international buyers find and invest in properties across Israel. As the founder of Livian Group, he specializes in guiding clients through every step of the process — from property search to legal support and Aliyah assistance — with professionalism, transparency, and care.
Shir Manor | Interior Designer & Architectural Engineer
Shir specializes in designing and managing private homes, offices, and large-scale developments since 2019. With a background in architectural engineering and business, she brings a rare combination of creativity, technical skill, and hands-on project leadership.
Her approach is personal and practical — always focused on smart, tailored solutions that reflect the way people truly live.
Adv. Amihai Nevii
Adv. Amihai Nevii is a seasoned real estate attorney and licensed notary with over 25 years of experience. He represents clients from both Israel and abroad in a wide range of real estate transactions, including residential, commercial, and office properties. His expertise extends to complex combination agreements with developers and contractors.
Adv. Nevii also provides legal counsel on cross-border fund transfers, anti-money laundering compliance, and family tax planning.

is a seasoned real estate and commercial lawyer with over 12 years of experience advising developers, contractors, companies, and private clients. She specializes in guiding complex real estate transactions from planning and negotiation through financing, taxation, and execution. Naama holds an LL.B. from Natanya Academic College and an LL.M. from Tel Aviv University in collaboration with UC Berkeley.
